Many unemployed workers qualify for health insurance benefits through the Medical Security Program. You can also get help finding a new job or training for a new career. Workers fired from their job for good reason, or who quit by choice are not eligible. You may get partial.

Families with at least one child under 18 years of age living in the home. Must meet financial requirements, have a social security number. Must be a U.S. citizen or an eligible noncitizen and be a resident of Massachusetts.
