Impact Statement

In 2021, 32 Childcare educators became Trauma Informed Care trainers positively impacting the behavioral health of more than 500 low-income children in our target areas.

In 2021, 150 Calming kits to support self-regulations in children were distributed to children and families in various programs indirectly impacting more than 500 low income-children in our target area.

In 2022, 32 small family childcare women entrepreneurs graduated from our First and Second Cohort of our Child Care Training program to fill the need for  more high quality and culturally competent childcare centers in our area. 94% of our graduates were women of color.

In 2022, 110 Calming Kits are being distributed to children and families being served by LUK, Inc. positively affecting the behavioral health of more than 500 low-income children in our target areas.
